Turkcraze Exchange & Return Policy
At Turkcraze, we take pride in offering high-quality, handpicked bags and accessories. Each item is carefully inspected before delivery. However, if you face any issues with your order, we’re here to help.
✅ Valid Reasons for Exchange/Return:
•You received a damaged or defective product.
•Your order is incomplete (e.g., missing items or accessories).
•You received an incorrect product (wrong size, color, or style).
•The product does not match the description or image shown at the time of purchase.
❌ Not Eligible for Exchange/Return:
•Change of mind after purchase.
•Dissatisfaction with size, color, texture, or design preferences.
•Any product that has been used, worn, or washed.
•Missing original packaging, tags, or invoice.
⚠ Important Conditions:
•You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
•Product must be unused and in original condition, with tags, packaging, and invoice.
•Items must be returned in the original packaging without any damage or tape/stickers on the box.
📦 Return Process:

💸 Refund Timeline:
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days after approval. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
